Ebitemp's healthcare welfare is a concrete instrument of protection and wellbeing for agency workers.

With the renewal of the national collective agreement, the new health policy provides broad cover, free prevention and medical reimbursements, offering real support in looking after your health.

✅ Who can access the health policy through Ebitemp

Cover is available to workers who:

• have had an active contract since 1 June 2025
• are employed on a fixed-term or permanent basis
• have accrued at least 12 months of service (counted from 1 January 2023)

🩺 FREE PREVENTION

Every worker may choose 2 free prevention packages a year, out of 10 available, with no need for a doctor's prescription.

The packages available cover:

• Women's health
• Men's health
• Cardiovascular health
• Eye health
• Posture
• Skin health
• Respiratory tract
• Allergies and intolerances
• Ear, nose and throat
• Digestive system

Conditions:

• No excess when treatment is billed directly to the insurer
• Services available only at affiliated facilities

🏥 HOSPITAL SERVICES

Admission for major surgery

The policy covers hospital admission for major surgery with:

• A ceiling of up to 100,000 euro a year per insured person
• Cover for costs before, during and after admission (within 120 days)

Billed directly at affiliated facilities:

• No excess

On a reimbursement basis:

• 1,000 euro deductible

Substitute allowance

If the admission is fully covered by the Italian national health service, an allowance is provided of:

• 120 € a day for up to 60 days

Admission without major surgery

• Allowance of 60 € a day for up to 80 days

🩻 OUT-OF-HOSPITAL SERVICES

A doctor's prescription stating the diagnosis is required.

1. Specialist consultations

Specialist consultations are covered (dental, psychiatric, orthodontic and paediatric excluded)

• Ceiling of 500 € per insured person
• 50% excess (until 15/02/2026) or 25% (from 16/02/2026), minimum 20 €

2. Diagnostic imaging and tests

Covers examinations such as CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasounds, electrocardiograms and other specialist tests

• Ceiling of 700 € per insured person
• 50% excess (until 15/02/2026) or 25% (from 16/02/2026), up to a maximum reimbursement of 50 € per service

3. Advanced diagnostics for oncological conditions

Includes oncology consultations and advanced diagnostic services

• Ceiling of 5,000 € per insured person
• No excess when billed directly to the insurer
• 20% excess on a reimbursement basis

4. National health service co-payments

Reimbursement of the health co-payment for:

• Laboratory tests
• Diagnostics
• Specialist consultations
• Physiotherapy
• Outpatient procedures

Conditions:

• 100% cover
• No ceiling

5. Orthopaedic and hearing devices

Reimbursement for the purchase of:

• Orthopaedic prostheses
• Hearing aids
• Ceiling of 1,000 € a year
• 20% excess, minimum 70 €

(Orthoses such as back braces, insoles and knee supports are excluded.)

Dental services within the affiliated network:

• Ceiling of 2,000 € a year
• Emergency treatment with no excess
• Prevention package with 20% excess

🧘🏻 PHYSIOTHERAPY REHABILITATION (after an injury)

Dedicated cover for physiotherapy following an injury:

• Up to 30 sessions or 10 weeks per event when billed directly to the insurer
• Annual ceiling of 500 € on a reimbursement basis
• 20% excess, with a non-refundable minimum of 50 €
