UP Agenzia per il Lavoro was born inside a group that has always dealt with people: logistics, facility management, farming, care. The job is one, bringing together those looking for work and those looking for someone to do it, and it is done well only by knowing both.
How we work
The local area, not a database
Every branch is a presence on the ground: whoever recruits knows the companies nearby and the trades they need. We do not fish from a national archive, we go and look.
A person, not a switchboard
Applicants and employers both get a contact with a first and last name, who can be reached. It is the thing we are most often told is missing elsewhere.
