Whistleblowing

Anyone who works with us (employees, temporary staff, collaborators, suppliers) can report unlawful conduct they become aware of. The report is protected: whoever makes it cannot be retaliated against, and their identity is kept confidential.

Last updated: August 2026 · Data controller: UP Agenzia per il Lavoro S.p.A.

What can be reported

Breaches of European or national law, of the organisational model under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 and of the code of ethics: administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offences, and conduct that could harm the company or the people who work in it.

How to report

By writing to the Supervisory Board at antoniofalduto@uplavoro.com. Only the Board can access that mailbox. Reports may also be anonymous; giving a contact, however, allows us to ask for clarification and makes the check more effective.

What happens next

The Board acknowledges receipt within seven days, carries out the necessary checks and communicates the outcome within three months. Anyone reporting in good faith is protected even if the report later proves unfounded.

Confidentiality

The identity of the reporter, that of the person involved and the content of the report are confidential and are not disclosed to anyone not strictly necessary to the check.
